The Responsible Party will serve as the contact for negotiations, decisions, fees, and contractual arrangements for the exhibitor. Please note: The owner/artist must be present in the booth for at least 5 of the 8 weekends. Having a responsible party does not waive this requirement.

Please list and describe ALL items you wish to sell. Please do not send physical samples unless requested. If possible, include a photo of your display. You will be allowed to offer for sale only those items, which are accepted. The accepted items will appear on your shop space lease agreement.
Important details about booth structures, rentals, and shop placement.
ContentThe Festival site consists of temporary structures built by shop owners. You will need to purchase one of these structures from an owner who is not returning. Information on shops is available after acceptance only. There are limited possibilities of being assigned an empty space for building. The Crafts Coordinator must approve booth purchase or lease.Additional NotesNew participants may rent an existing shop for their first year only.Returning vendors are required to purchase a shop if they continue participating.FeesBooth pricing varies depending on size, location, and appearance.Exact costs are determined after the jury review process.Rental or purchase prices are determined by the booth owner.

Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance. An application is considered accepted only after the responsible party signs and submits a Space Lease Agreement, and the agreement is executed by an authorized officer of the Festival.
