By purchasing or using a ticket to the Colorado Renaissance Festival (“Festival”), you agree to comply with all Festival rules, policies, and applicable laws. The Festival reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Ticket Purchase & Validity

🎟️ Third-Party Ticket Sales

Tickets purchased through authorized third-party platforms are subject to the terms and conditions of that platform in addition to these Terms. The Festival is not responsible for:

• Payment processing issues
• Third-party platform errors
• Unauthorized resellers

🚪 Gate Purchases

• Valid for admission on any single operating day during the Festival season. Each ticket is for one-time use only and will be considered invalid after it has been scanned.
• Non-refundable and non-transferable

🏪 Retail Partner Tickets (e.g., King Soopers)

• Must be redeemed according to printed or stated instructions
• May have restrictions or blackout dates
• Non-refundable and may not be upgraded unless specified

🔒 Single-Use Policy

All tickets are valid for one-time use only. Once scanned or redeemed, tickets cannot be reused, transferred, or reissued under any circumstances.

3. Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued except where required by law.

The Festival reserves the right to:

• Cancel or modify event dates, hours, or programming
• Deny entry or remove guests without refund for violation of policies

4. Admission & Conduct

All guests must follow Festival rules, including:

• Compliance with security checks
• Appropriate attire and behavior
• No prohibited items or substances

Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.

5. Photography & Media Release

By entering the Festival, you grant permission for your image, likeness, and voice to be captured and used for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes without compensation.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• Personal injury
• Lost, stolen, or damaged property
• Delays or interruptions due to weather or emergencies

7. Ticket Misuse & Fraud

• Void tickets obtained through unauthorized or fraudulent means
• Refuse entry to invalid or duplicated tickets
